This course provides an introduction to process-based welding by covering the fundamental concepts and distinctions among core welding methods—MIG, TIG, and Stick. Participants will gain hands-on experience and observe demonstrations to understand how these techniques are applied in industry settings. The course emphasizes equipment use, safety, and how welding processes vary by job and material type. Ideal for those interested in welding careers or exploring the differences between common welding methods used in modern manufacturing environments.

Skills You'll Gain:

  • Differentiating MIG, TIG, and Stick
  • Understanding process-based welding concepts
  • Practicing hands-on welding techniques
  • Following welding safety procedures
  • Identifying applications by welding type
