    This hybrid course empowers professionals to navigate workplace leadership with a flexible format combining asynchronous modules, Zoom sessions, and on-campus meetings. Participants explore roles and responsibilities in leadership, management, and supervision. Weekly topics include developing team performance, engaging in productive mentorship, and handling conflict through strategic communication. Practical exercises and case studies support skill development in decision-making, task prioritization, and continuous improvement. The course meets once per week for five weeks, with asynchronous activities assigned in Weeks 2–4 before each live session.

    • Week 2: Cultivating Growth: Developing Employees and Yourself. We meet from 3-5pm over Zoom.

    • Week 4: Embracing Uncomfortable Conversations: Strategies for Conflict Management. We meet from 3-5pm over Zoom.
