Building on the basics, this 4-hour Level 2 Excel class will help contractors enhance their data management and analytical skills. Tailored to meet the needs of contractors working with project data, this course will dive deeper into Excel’s powerful tools and functions.

This Level 2 class is perfect for contractors who are comfortable with Excel basics and want to sharpen their skills in data analysis, function creation, and advanced formatting. Participants should have basic Excel experience or have completed Level 1.

This course is designed to guide contractors through the essentials of starting and running a successful business. Participants will explore various legal business structures, develop a comprehensive business plan following the SBA model, and gain an understanding of accounting and financial statements. This course also covers important start-up considerations, building an effective team, and understanding market forecasts to achieve long-term goals.

Esta clase está diseñada para contratistas con poco o ningún conocimiento y/o experiencia en lectura de planos. El objetivo de esta clase es equipar a los contratistas con las habilidades fundamentales necesarias para leer e interpretar planos de construcción. Los participantes obtendrán una comprensión integral de los símbolos de los planos, los dibujos de construcción y las especificaciones esenciales para la ejecución exitosa del proyecto.
