    Through a combination of in-person and virtual sessions, participants will explore topics such as project costing, contracts, risk management, business development, and leadership strategies. The experience includes interactive workshops, expert panels, and personalized one-on-one coaching sessions, culminating in a celebratory graduation.


    This comprehensive leadership development program is designed for new and emerging leaders in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industries. Running from November through April, the program equips participants with critical business, financial, and leadership skills necessary for success in today’s competitive environment.
